Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hailo Go ("the Service"), a ministry operations platform provided to churches and ministry teams. By creating an account, joining an organization, or otherwise using Hailo Go, you agree to these Terms.

Hailo Go is designed to help ministry teams coordinate operations, run live huddles, manage threads, and capture safeguarding-related workflows. You agree to use the Service in line with its intended purpose and with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security incident.

Each church or ministry organization that uses Hailo Go is responsible for the conduct of its members, the accuracy of the information it stores, and the appropriate use of safeguarding workflows. Organization administrators are responsible for granting and revoking access for their team.

Hailo Go provides tooling to support safeguarding workflows but does not replace your organization's safeguarding policy, designated safeguarding lead, or statutory obligations. You remain responsible for following your local safeguarding regulations and for reporting concerns to the appropriate authorities.

You must not use Hailo Go to upload unlawful content, harass others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, interfere with the operation of the Service, or violate the rights of any person.

Your organization retains ownership of the operational data it submits to Hailo Go. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We work hard to keep Hailo Go available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hailo Go is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update or modify Hailo Go from time to time. We may also update these Terms; where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice through the Service or by email.

You may stop using Hailo Go at any time. You can delete your account from within the app at any moment — once your account is deleted, your personal profile data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy and retention rules.

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued provision of the Service is no longer feasible.
